'Capul Piscului Ruginiu' (translated as "Rusty Capul Piscului") is a rare autochthonous Romanian variety from the Argeș region, cultivated for a century. It is one of the best varieties for storage – its fruits last in a common cellar until June of the following year! It is characterized by russet skin and high resistance, requiring minimal spraying.
