'Redivar' is a new, promising Romanian variety (registered in 2016), bred with a focus on disease resistance and storage capability. It is an ideal choice for organic gardens as it shows resistance to both scab and powdery mildew. The fruits are attractively colored and will appeal especially to lovers of juicy apples with a refreshing, tart flavor. It also excels in early onset of production and regular yields.
