'Untoasă de Geoagiu' (translated as "Geoagiu Butter Pear") is a high-quality Romanian pear variety from the SCDP Geoagiu station. It is valued for its weaker growth and "spur" type fruiting, making it ideal for modern intensive orchards. The fruits stand out for their fine, buttery flesh and excellent taste.
