'Rita' is a valuable variety from Latvian breeding, interesting not only for its resistance but especially for its unusual flesh color and ripening time. Thanks to its late harvest, it significantly extends the fresh peach season to its very end. The fruits are larger than those of the 'Zelda' variety.
